Lynne Faces All Fronts of the Storm

As a consultant, coach, facilitator, keynoter, seminar leader—singly or in combination—Lynne Eisaguirre, (pronounced “eyes-a-gear”) faces the fronts that create the storms. She shows executives and managers how to stay calm in the eye of the hurricane.

She says, “Three fronts came together in the movie The Perfect Storm. In a similar way, leaders feel the effects of these three fronts: the economy, world chaos, and the ‘rage gap.’ The rage gap is the difference between what your people have come to expect in good times—such as easy sales and generous raises—and what you’re able to provide in turbulent times.”
